For the love of Asian dramas!
More about me. In the hot summer of 2019, I fell into the rabbit hole of Asian Dramaland. Since then, I have watched 1000+ Asian dramas and movies and have written editorials and recap/review articles on the MyDramaList site. I also helped other writers create their articles.
Cho Na Writes officially started in July 2024 to archive my articles published on MyDramaList. However, since that site only publishes traffic tabloid news now, there is no way that my combined passion and energy for watching Asian dramas and writing will be discouraged. In December 2024, I changed the contents of this site with new dramas/movies/shows I just watched and love to write about.
My general preferences are more on the dark side. Romance (not too melo), comedy, mystery, fantasy, crime, thriller, action, and supernatural. I mostly watch Chinese dramas (historical/costume, short dramas, and regular-length modern dramas). Sometimes Korean modern and fusion sageuk dramas. Rarely, Thai lakorns, and Japanese doramas, if I can easily find their English subtitles. If you like what I like, why not subscribe to my site and see if you find something you like to watch, too?
